And in the tower, in a glass case, sits the original prototype—the one that saved Captain America. Engraved on its broken backplate are four words:

Thus began —the ‘X’ for eXtreme, ‘TM’ for Tactical Mobile, and ‘1.8’ for the 1.8 seconds he would never lose again.
