We’ve all been there. In a moment of frustration, anger, or the need for digital detox, you hit that "Block" button. It felt right at the time. But feelings change. Maybe you’ve made up after an argument, perhaps you miss their memes, or you simply realized blocking your mom over a political debate was a bit extreme.

Whatever the reason, Facebook buries this setting deep in the menu to prevent accidental unblocks or harassment. But don’t worry—I’ll walk you through every method, whether you’re on a phone, tablet, or computer. Important Note Before You Start: When you unblock someone, Facebook will not automatically re-friend them. You will have to send a new friend request, and they will have to accept it.
