Miradore is primarily known as a platform (MDM for mobile and endpoint management for computers). While its core strength is management (updating, patching, inventory, security policies), it includes a Remote Support feature that integrates directly with its device management console.
Thank you so much for all of these tips! They are things that I probably already know, but haven’t put together in my mind.
