1. Introduction Arc Hydro is a geospatial data model and a suite of ArcGIS-based tools designed to support the management, analysis, and modeling of water resources. Developed by the Center for Research in Water Resources (CRWR) at the University of Texas at Austin in collaboration with Esri, Arc Hydro bridges the gap between Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.
